What You Will Do:

• Assist with month-end close for multiple client offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Full-cycle accounts payable, coding to multiple office locations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Full cycle accounts receivable, invoicing for multiple offices, posting payments and researching billing issues.
• Perform cash reconciliations and manage bank deposits.
• monthly reconciliations and journal entries

What Makes You a Fit

• You have three years of experience in accounting and working with the GL.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• You love reconciling accounts and finding answers in the details.
• Deadlines motivate you.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple offices or entities.
• You take pride in accuracy and accountability.

Salary: $60-70K
