• Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process as the Accounting Manager, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee revenue recognition and project‑level accounting, aligning revenue and expenses
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results to maintain strong accounting controls
• Partner with auditors and support audit schedules and technical accounting needs
• Mentor and review the work of accounting staff while helping improve systems and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP with experience supporting audits and technical accounting
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams as an effective Accounting Manager
