Responsibilities
- Assist Project Controls (PCs) with coordinating duties, opening/closing Phase codes, internal change requests, data entry, job cost adjustments, accruals, and deliverables such as Weekly Cost, Production, and Earned Value reports.
- Track Change Order logs, RR, Drawdowns, and update/distribute accounts receivables and CO logs.
- Maintain Purchasing logs and Equipment logs.
- Support PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCMs with accounts receivables, special reports, requests, or analysis.
- Collaborate with Field Engineers and Timekeepers to ensure accuracy of person‑hour and quantity reports on a daily basis.
- Assist PCs on Ecosys setup, manual B2W true‑ups, and creation of Job Cost, Client, Equipment, Trend, and Production reports.
- Analyze data and correct mistakes independently or with minimal supervision.
- Notary experience is a plus; training and supply costs will be provided.
- Produce special reports, subcontractor/EPC daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Two (2) years of Associate or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Project Management.
- 0–2 years of administrative/coordinator experience, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Ecosys, Viewpoint, and Document Control programs.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to identify trends in data and appropriately escalates issues.
- Understanding of project cost accounting principles and federal/state codes relevant to the project.
- Self‑disciplined, motivated, and able to work with limited direct supervision.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of deadlines.
