Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payroll processing for U.S. multi-state employees and international payroll populations
• Review payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and employee deductions
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure payroll accuracy and completeness
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolution of payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Two years of experience may be substituted for a degree
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
