We are looking for someone that has ambition to grow into an instrumental team member for our growing financial team.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage AR & AP Process
• Assist payroll with weekly audits.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with securities law.
• Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Undertake special projects as requested by the leadership team.

Who We are looking for:

• Associate or higher degree in Accounting or a related field
• Two or more years of experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, A/R, A/P,
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances.
• Advanced proficiency in Quick Books Online Advanced, Excel, and various MS 0365 Applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
