Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Aurora, CO (Conveniently located near I-70 & Tower Road)
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite
Compensation: Up to $66,000 annually (paid hourly), depending on experience

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable process across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Apply appropriate coding across multiple business entities
- Process and reconcile check runs conducted twice weekly
- Monitor and take advantage of vendor discount opportunities when available
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related issues
- 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple entities
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor discount terms
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
