WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Staff Accountant to support our healthcare staffing operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you’ll manage general ledger activities, perform account reconciliations, and handle AP/AR to ensure accurate, timely financial data. You’ll assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting, partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to impact patient care indirectly by supporting strong financial processes, while working in a supportive, team-oriented culture with training and room for career growth.

• Maintain general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and accruals
• Assist with financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operations and staffing teams on billing and collections
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Support audits and prepare supporting documentation
• Help improve accounting processes and workflows
