- Provide accounting assistance to clients on an ongoing, recurring basis as part of a team
- Deliver accounting solutions impacting clients’ business processes and reporting
- Perform monthly financial close
- Complete financial account reconciliations
- Analyze financial statements and provide fluctuation observations and recommendations
- Prepare balance sheets and income statements
- Prepare sales, payroll, and property tax filings
- Prepare and file Forms 1099
- Evaluate business and accounting processes and procedures
- Recognize and recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems
- Interact with audit, tax, wealth management, consulting, and other practice areas
- Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, critical thinker, organizational, technical and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Preferred:
On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license - This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English
Demonstrates expertise in accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that enhance client business operations. Proficient in preparing financial statements and tax filings while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
