Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do- Process, review, and audit LIHTC files to ensure full compliance with program requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for move‑ins, annual recertifications, and interim changes
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure timely and accurate file submissions
- Monitor eligibility, income calculations, and program guidelines
- Support compliance reporting and respond to audits as needed
- 1 year of hands‑on LIHTC experience
- Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
