As a Agent's Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Tinsley - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your organizational skills and initiative will be vital in supporting the agent, team and clients. This role will be responsible for social media marketing, team tracking, organizing team celebrations, coordinating local event marketing, coordinating office supplies, and other administrative duties.

• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Update microsite and print ads as needed.
• Office administration such as ordering supplies and office organization
• Tracking internal sales promotions and office performance
• Responsible for organizing office celebrations and birthdays
• Client relations such as seasonal appreciation activities

• Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
• High organizational skills
• Self-motivated and initiative
