Front Desk Administrative Coordinator – Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and personable Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing day-to-day administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong organizational and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors (approximately 20‑30 daily, with seasonal increases)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Manage check‑in processes for delivery drivers and ensure proper documentation
  • Accurately enter daily data and logs into internal systems
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
  • Research and identify part numbers for the production team
  • Assist with coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional office experience (preferably in a related industry)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently interact with the public
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including:
    • Writing professional emails
    • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel functions
  • High level of reliability, motivation, and a positive, friendly demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administrative experience
  • Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce (training provided if needed)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
