Front Desk Administrative Coordinator – Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and personable Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing day-to-day administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong organizational and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors (approximately 20‑30 daily, with seasonal increases)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk inquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage check‑in processes for delivery drivers and ensure proper documentation
- Accurately enter daily data and logs into internal systems
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Research and identify part numbers for the production team
- Assist with coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Minimum 1 year of professional office experience (preferably in a related industry)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently interact with the public
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including:
- Writing professional emails
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel functions
- High level of reliability, motivation, and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Administrative experience
- Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce (training provided if needed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presence and ability to create a positive first impression
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self‑motivated with a desire for growth and development

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
