Position: ADMIN ASSISTANT, HEALTH SERVICES
The Geo Group -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in daily business of managers which includes general office work, answering phones, typing letters, sorting and distributing mails;
Perform a variety of confidential and complex administrative duties for the senior management;
Coordinate the efficient operation of the office by maintaining confidential and general files and manuals, ordering supplies, and performing all other relevant duties for senior management;
Coordinate and complete associated business reports, memos, letters, and presentations;
Order office supplies, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements
