Executive Assistant​/Office Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the Managing Director and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be able to resume next month and possess strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills.

• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage office operations and daily administrative activities
• Handle payroll coordination and related documentation
• Conduct research and prepare reports when required
• Manage schedules, appointments, and office correspondence
• Coordinate general office errands and support tasks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general office systems
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
