Engagement Coordinator
Office of the Vice Chancellor for Access and Engagement, University of Colorado Anschutz.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on campus, remainder remote.
Key Responsibilities Engagement Intake & Relationship Support - 30%- Serve as primary point of contact for engagement-related requests, evaluating needs and guiding clients through processes.
- Decern, analyze, and triage engagement requests, assess alignment with program goals and campus/community needs, and determine appropriate campus connections.
- Track and document engagement requests and connections, ensuring accurate records and follow‑through.
- Analyze engagement tracking data and partnership records to identify connections between community organizations and campus programs.
- Synthesize engagement data into summaries, reports, and insights to support internal decision‑making and strategy.
- Support discovery of a new engagement tracking system and, when established, administer reporting, data management, and visualization.
- Maintain engagement tracking systems including databases, CRM, surveys, and evaluation tools.
- Coordinate data collection and documentation across campus mission areas to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Respond to internal requests for engagement data by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing information from multiple sources.
- Contribute to development and refinement of tracking systems and processes by identifying gaps and improving data quality.
- Contribute to planning and coordination of engagement activities led by the Engagement 3.0 office.
- Coordinate logistics for engagement activities, including scheduling, communications, and resource alignment.
- Evaluate engagement activities and processes to identify opportunities for refinement and improved efficiency.
- Coordinate communication and follow‑up with internal and external partners.
- Discern and discuss complex health‑related topics that require cultural understanding.
- Track action items, timelines, and deliverables related to engagement activities.
- Identify and resolve administrative or operational issues by applying procedures and coordinating with campus partners.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a directly related field.
- Substitution:
Combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year‑for‑year basis. - One year of professional experience supporting community engagement or partnership activities.
- Experience with data tracking or CRM systems.
- Experience coordinating projects or events.
- Second‑language proficiency.
- Ability to travel periodically to meet partners and attend national conferences.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
