Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Resale Processor to join a dynamic team in Colorado. This role is essential in processing title packages for home sales in communities managed by our client. The Resale Processor will also perform necessary research and provide customer service to ensure accurate Association homeowner records are maintained.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement effective methods to accurately and efficiently process title packages.
- Process resales in the accounting system, including ownership changes, posting charges, and check applications.
- Coordinate with accounting staff as needed.
- Identify, research, and resolve resale questions and other issues as they arise.
- Provide customer service for title companies, buyers, realtors, sellers, and HOA Managers.
- Acquire county deeds as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Conduct oneself in a professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner at all times to convey utmost professionalism.
- High school diploma.
- 1-2 years of full-time clerical/accounting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of and high standard for customer service.
- Ability to assess problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Ability to design effective forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and/or filing systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Work will be performed during regular office hours in an office setting.
- Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1st shift
