Program Administrator

The Double Eagle Program is looking for a Program Administrator to support Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers and Individual Contributors as our team executes a critical mission in support of our customers. You must be a self-starter and able to work independently to perform a myriad of administrative duties. In this dynamic role you will:

• Act as the focal point for program administrative functions
• Arrange meetings and conferences
• Manage conference rooms
• Protect classified and proprietary information within program guidelines
• Maintain status logs, spreadsheets and personnel databases
• Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
• Facilitate in/out processing of new team members
• Maintain visit requests for permanent site visitors
• Receiving, referring and answering mail
• Lead coordination of our employee engagement events
• Communicate with various levels of LM personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Domestic and international travel support

Job Description:

Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow.

Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
