Sigma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Community Relations Coordinator to support at the Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in event coordination, scheduling, relationship building, project tracking, communications, and community partnerships.
The Corporate Community Relations Coordinator will provide administrative and event support to the Corporate and Community Development team, coordinate internal and external events, maintain trackers and reports, support community and corporate partners, and assist with sponsorship and partnership activities.

The Corporate Community Relations Coordinator will support the Corporate and Community Development team by coordinating events, managing schedules and project details, maintaining team trackers, preparing reports and presentations, and building relationships with internal and external community partners.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating with stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves both administrative coordination and hands-on event support, including attending community events and assisting with the setup and teardown of event spaces.
Key Responsibilities Corporate & Community Relations Support- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Corporate and Community Development team.
- Monitor and manage the CCD team inbox.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create meeting agendas and prepare supporting materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President, Board, and Community Relations team.
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and project information.
- Conduct additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Coordinate events from planning and preparation through completion.
- Support internal and external community events, both in person and virtually.
- Assist with event logistics, scheduling, communications, and coordination.
- Help set up and tear down tents, booths, displays, and event spaces.
- Attend and work community partner events, including occasional weekend events.
- Coordinate event‑related materials and ensure event elements are completed on schedule.
- Prepare event recap reports and follow‑up documentation.
- Support internal events as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and event-related activities simultaneously.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Maintain team trackers and monitor project status.
- Track activities, deadlines, partnerships, and event-related deliverables.
- Gather information and prepare reports for team leadership.
- Identify outstanding tasks and coordinate follow‑up with appropriate stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with community and corporate partners.
- Assist with securing and maintaining partnerships for the Discounts and Opportunities program.
- Coordinate communications with Sports Medicine, Community, Corporate, and School partners.
