Automotive Service Advisor

This on-site position offers a base salary of $50,000 per year with commission opportunities that typically bring total compensation to around $70,000
, and high performers can earn even more.

• 2+ years of previous experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred

This position will work from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.

We provide coaching to all of our Service Advisors to guarantee consistency and growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and taking care of customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, listening to their concerns, and providing detailed information and explanations about the services we offer. Your expertise will be crucial in accurately estimating the cost of repairs and presenting recommendations to customers.
