Job Summary

Auto Maintenance Technician II at Manheim (Cox Automotive) in Aurora, CO. No remote work; must work onsite.

Hourly base pay $24.23 – $36.35. Eligible for additional compensation including commission, monthly or annual incentives, and sign‑on bonuses up to $5,000 (includes $1,500 tool bonus).

Mon‑Fri, day shift. New hires eligible for a $5,000 bonus (includes a $1,500 tool bonus).

• Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics (brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability, and complete repairs).
• Perform advanced diagnostics (charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems, and complete repairs).
• Complete mechanical inspection including required measurements, interior/exterior components, engine and drive‑line components, under‑hood inspection, and document deficiencies.
• Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
• Up‑fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
• Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
• Perform OEM recalls as required.

• 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, or A8 (when required by leadership).
