Overview

• Initial project is being finished in Virginia Beach, and the next will kick off on Buckley AFB, CO
• Oversee daily work activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide training and leadership to work personnel.
• Handle material orders and conduct material take-offs.
• Monitor manpower usage and provide management with forecasts.
• Instruct on-site personnel in best practices and installation techniques.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
• Act as the first line of defense for on-site safety.
• Collaborate with the manager to provide schedule updates.
• Inform management of potential change orders and delays.

• 10+ years of experience as an electrical superintendent in the federal space
• Ability to work 100% onsite
• Experience with medium voltage
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Successfully pass a federal background check
