Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support our Customer Success team in a full-time capacity. This role involves working closely with the Director of Client Services and the Client Services Team to enhance customer experience and assist with various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client and customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a unique customer experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as printing packing slips, labels, and invoicing.
  • Support warehouse operations remotely by coordinating fulfillment processes and managing inventory records.
  • Help maintain operational efficiency by following up on tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and assist in training initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications / Preferred

Skills:
  • High School GED required; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions closely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and more.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and shipping processes is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
BENEFITS AND PAYMENT DETAILS
  • Full time position with benefits, in person at our brand new Aurora location.
  • 2 weeks PTO available after 90 days of employment.
  • Starting pay negotiable based on experience: $20-$25 per hour.
  • Personal Cell Phone & Technology policy: $25/week reimbursement.
