Sr ECommerce Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 – 120,000

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
• Drive Revenue:
  Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data‑driven strategies to increase month‑over‑month revenue.
• Optimize Visibility:
  Partner with content teams to implement SEO‑optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings.
• Manage Performance:
  Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth.
• Operational Excellence:
  Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing conversion rate optimization strategies.

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e‑commerce platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs.
• Track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports.
