Opportunity

We are seeking a results‑driven Sr. Manager, Indirect Partner Channel to lead and optimize the performance of our indirect partner ecosystem. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own partner performance end‑to‑end, including vendor management, analytics, reporting, sales accountability, and channel optimization. Success in this role is defined by your ability to hold partners accountable to performance expectations, deliver measurable revenue outcomes, and provide transparent, data‑driven insights that support business decision‑making and optimize channel performance.

What

You’ll DoPartner & Vendor Management

You will lead the management and optimization of relationships across our indirect sales ecosystem.

  • Own relationships with affiliates, indirect partners, resellers, and marketplace vendors.
  • Lead partner onboarding, including contracts, compliance, training, and enablement.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for partner performance and operational issues.
  • Establish and maintain partner playbooks, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to drive partner alignment, accountability, and growth.
Performance & Revenue Accountability
  • Set and enforce partner sales quotas and performance expectations.
  • Hold partners accountable to sales performance, quality standards, conversion metrics, and customer experience KPIs.
  • Identify underperformance and execute optimization strategies or offboarding actions when necessary.
  • Drive revenue growth through negotiation, incentive programs, program optimization, and oversight of commissions, spiffs, and payout accuracy with Finance and Sales Operations.
Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, revenue, quality, and ROI.
  • Deliver executive‑ready reporting and actionable performance insights.
  • Ensure data integrity through reconciliation with internal systems.
  • Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and customer outcomes.
  • Own channel forecasting and variance analysis.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with messaging, creative assets, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance for partner enablement and operational effectiveness.
  • Align with Customer Experience teams to resolve partner‑driven issues.
  • Provide market and partner insights to Product and Pricing teams to inform strategy.
Channel Strategy & Governance
  • Develop and execute the indirect channel roadmap and partner strategy.
  • Evaluate and pilot new partners, platforms, and customer acquisition models.
  • Define and optimize channel economics, including CPA, payout structures, and ROI.
  • Implement quality assurance and fraud prevention processes.
Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing, accountable partner team.
  • Foster a results‑driven and partner‑focused culture.
  • Represent the channel in executive forums and contribute to broader growth strategy discussions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Required

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in indirect sales, channel or partner management, affiliate marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through third‑party partners while holding partners accountable to performance expectations.
  • Experience leading teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Preferred industry experience in telecom, broadband, or subscription‑based services.
Skills & Abilities
  • Channel sales & partner leadership – proven track record of successful professional sales experience and deep understanding of indirect sales and partner channel models.
  • Designing and launching partner incentive and compensation programs.
  • Strong sales management capabilities, business and analytical acumen, negotiation, and performance‑data leverage.
