As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the development, build-out, and ongoing execution of the company’s forecasting process, annual business plan, and budgeting, and play a key role in strategic planning through analysis and reporting. You will partner closely with Finance and Operations to drive forecasting accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and improve overall financial performance.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the forecast and planning processes, ensuring alignment across departments and accountability to financial targets. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities
- Lead the development, build-out, and ongoing execution of the company’s forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario modeling.
- Conduct financial forecasting, data modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive team.
- Lead the development of the annual business plan and support ongoing budget management, including monitoring performance and identifying variances.
- Conduct comprehensive return-on-investment (ROI) analyses on anticipated capital expenditures and provide well-informed recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Partner with operations and department leaders to drive forecast accuracy and alignment with field execution.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting focused on variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support project teams by participating in cost-to-complete and forecast discussions, identifying risks and challenging assumptions.
- Identify and implement process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and data workflows.
