Job Title
We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to support the growth of our Aurora and St. Louis regional portfolio.
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has experience navigating government, security, or commercial leasing environments. You will play a key role in driving occupancy, managing client agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple locations.

What You Will Do:
- Drive Growth & Client Engagement
- Identify and engage prospective clients to support new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the company at tours, events, and industry engagements
- Contracts Management & Agreements
- Coordinate execution of new and renewal service agreements
- Track key contract milestones and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records to support billing and compliance
- Support Operations & Delivery
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and space delivery
- Maintain occupancy goals across assigned locations
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM data
- Enhance Processes & Reporting
- Prepare regular updates and reports for leadership
- Support CRM optimization and pipeline visibility
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
What You Bring:
- Experience in government/GSA leasing, contracting, or secure environments
- Strong sales, relationship management, or client-facing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the IC and/or DoD community
- Knowledge of government agencies or contractor networks
- Experience in leasing, sales, or client services
- Preferred: TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- Background in commercial or multi-tenant leasing
- Familiarity with secure environments (SCIF)
