Director, Pricing & Contracting – Image Guided Therapy Devices (Colorado Springs CO or Plymouth MN) Job Description
This leader will combine med-tech industry expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to empower commercial leaders and maximize IGT-Ds commercial effectiveness.
Your role:
- Lead collaboration with business stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Legal, Compliance) to drive improved performance of sales and bring forward innovative solutions to support business growth
- Coordinate and project manage cross function and division efforts to develop pricing strategies for existing and future products
- Management of pricing analytics development and pricing approval process to ensure compliance with audit requirements and to drive increased revenue and margin for the organization.

- You’ve acquired 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in complex sales & marketing operations, managing leaders and project management experience
- Your skills include the ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
- You have a bachelor’s degree; master's preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have the ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
This is an office role.
Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Plymouth Minnesota or Colorado Springs CO is $145,000 to $290,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
