FISINT Analyst

Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) Analysts examine emissions, signals, and electronic data to identify and assess electronic capabilities. Using advanced signal processing tools and techniques, they collect, interpret, and analyze data to provide critical insights into potential threats and strategic developments. Analysts produce detailed reports and briefings that communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and collaborate with other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to support joint intelligence operations.

• Conduct thorough analyses of signal data.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefings.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with collection managers, operators, and analysts to advance target development efforts.
• Support collection strategies for strategic and operational requirements.
• Stay abreast of advancements in electronic systems and signal processing technologies.
• Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies.

• 4+ years of experience with SIGINT collection, processing, or analysis OR 6+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience using specialized IC SIGINT analysis, processing, and mapping tools.
• Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in an operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.

• Experience using Linux for software.
• Experience with X-Midas and M2

• Military experience in a 35N or 35S, 1N2, CTT, or CTR, or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and operational planning policies.
• Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Completion of 450/460 or 451 Courses.

Projected compensation range: $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week qualify for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
