THE WORK Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Associate Manager with a TS/SCI w/ poly clearance to work from our Aurora, CO location.

This is an L-coded position. Manages personnel in multiple organizations. Will continue with their current technical duties. Additional duties will include:
• Hiring and talent evaluation,
• Commitment development and ratings,
• Timekeeping and compliance training approvals and oversight,
• Various other administrative functions to include award and promotions write ups. This is an MID-SR CAREER (level

Basic Qualifications:

• Enterprise Operations management experience
• Must demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors.
• Must hold active/current TS/SCI. Desired

• Prior management experience with Lockheed Martin
• Project Management skills
