Salary

The salary range for this position is $72,000 – $80,000 DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and be able to communicate complex requirements for customer account set up
  • Processing new account set up through usage of the Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in the CRM system
  • Support development of processes and documentation for the CRM system
  • Regular audits to be conducted to ensure data integrity with the CRM & KNA operating system (SAP) to include member listing & buying group audits conducted regularly
  • Build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Service or similar role
  • Prior experience using Excel in a work context
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented approach to support the Sales Team and Customers
  • Organizes and carries out tasks in a process-oriented manner, contributing positively to the overall process
