The Parts Systems and eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the management and development of Parts Systems processes including eCommerce, Parts, DBS, WMS Systems, Freight Systems, and Logistics in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate:$66,697.52 - $91,768.39 Annually Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and support Parts systems, operations, logistics, and eCommerce initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
  • Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement system enhancements across Parts operations, including, eCommerce, WMS, distribution, freight, and inventory management.
  • Manage and support customer-facing digital solutions and eCommerce platforms, including strategy, deployment, growth initiatives, performance metrics, and integration with company systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Support, Caterpillar, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop solutions, drive adoption, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on departmental budgets, sales goals, KPIs, and operational performance metrics to support informed decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, controls, training, and audit programs to ensure compliance, data integrity, operational consistency, and effective use of systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, Caterpillar, dealer peers, vendors, and internal teams while staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
