Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth and efficient management of inventory processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday until trained then shift will be a night shift starting at 2pm or 3pm
What's the Job?Maintain and track inventory levels, including pallet tracking where applicable
Audit driver logs and trip reports to ensure compliance with DOT requirements
Support internal customer service by resolving driver equipment requests and managing documentation
Assist with maintaining route books and coordinating driver coverage for vacations and overflow freight
Perform administrative duties such as handling accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing requirements
Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers and internal teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
