** Job Overview:
** The Wage Compliance Specialist independently processes payroll and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects. This role resolves discrepancies, ensures prevailing wage compliance, and acts as a resource for project teams regarding payroll regulations.
** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Independently prepare, review, and submit CPRs.
* Validate wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions.
* Review union agreements and apprenticeship documentation as applicable.
* Reconcile payroll discrepancies and perform payroll audits.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state prevailing wage laws.
* Partner with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll issues.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** 2-4 years of progressive payroll, labor compliance and prevailing wage experience.
* Strong understanding of Davis-Bacon and certified payroll requirements.
* Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance platforms.
** PAY EQUITY STATEMENT:****$24.00 - $29.00/hr
