Strategic Business Planning Analyst

• Develop and update strategic planning templates and communications
• Update the strategic roadmap and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms
• Define strategic planning processes, priorities, capabilities, and measures of success
• Coordinate development of the strategic planning process with the PMO and other functional leads
• Coordinate with peers across the organization to develop and execute a holistic strategic planning process
• Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation
• Assist with escalated issues involving priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives
• Prepare presentations for delivery to specific audiences
• Support management in identifying, prioritizing, executing, and measuring results for strategic business priorities
• Maintain strategic roadmap and business intake project portfolios

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Five years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or planning/consultant role
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and influence others toward strategic goals
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategy planning, tactics, and root-cause analysis
• Familiarity with project management tools and life cycles
• Proficiency using MS Office tools
• Insurance/financial services experience preferred
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship or employer-of-record immigration support

Demonstrates expertise in strategic planning processes, including the development and execution of strategic roadmaps and dashboards. Proficient in analytical problem-solving and communication across organizational levels to influence strategic goals.
