Job Summary- Provides high-level executive assistant support to the Clinical Affairs Team (CAT), serving as the main liaison for internal partners and external entities.
- Independently plans, schedules, and coordinates complex meetings across multiple clinics, managing all logistics, agendas, data compilation, and report packets.
- Manages major events, including Quarterly Medical Director meetings and bi-annual All-Clinician meetings by arranging guest speakers, venues, meals, invitations, and meeting materials.
- Manages all Clinic Discretionary Accounts, primary CAT Procurement Card duties, and custodian responsibilities for gift cards, petty cash, and change funds.
- Tracks, monitors, and facilitates timely resolution for Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) queries with inpatient clinicians and the CDI team.
- Coordinates and supports clinician recruitment logistics, including interview schedules, travel, employment terms review, and onboarding processes
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Clinical Affairs website and clinical inquiries, coordinating website updates and collaborating with CU Medicine, UCH, and DFM on clinical business initiatives.
Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Minimum Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting , education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of professional level experience supporting clinical operations in a health care setting.
- Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
- Seven (7) years of professional level experience supporting clinical operations in a health care setting.
- Experience working with Primary Care, Home Care, Medicaid populations, commercial populations and
- Experienced in using Salesforce.
- Ability to work with faculty and staff in a higher education medical and/or clinical environment.
- Experience and knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to have discretion in handling highly sensitive information
- Ability to foster interdepartmental communication and team building.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills and have a working knowledge of fiscal responsibilities.
- Excellence in attention to detail and accuracy and ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and follow-up.
- Ability to determine the best approach to creatively resolve problems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, develop and implement improvements to a variety of work processes.
- Well-versed in all Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), Zoom.
- Well versed in the Value Based Performance standards and transformation process.
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as
$61,616-$82,566.
