Description The Opportunity Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Integration

Leads supply chain strategy, integration, business intelligence, and program management across the health system. Partners with executive leadership to align supply chain operations with organizational priorities and drive initiatives that advance financial performance, operational effectiveness, interoperability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provides strategic direction for enterprise-wide transformation efforts while ensuring sustainable execution and measurable outcomes. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Integration plays a critical role in advancing the health system's strategic and operational objectives by:

• Developing and executing the enterprise supply chain strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial targets, and operational priorities. Establishes governance structures, performance metrics, and implementation plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Leading the organization's supply chain analytics and business intelligence strategy. Oversees the collection, validation, interpretation, and reporting of supply utilization, clinical, operational, and financial data to support informed decision-making, identify opportunities, and optimize performance across the enterprise.
• Directing large-scale integration and transformation initiatives, including system implementations, operational consolidations, process standardization efforts, and mergers or acquisitions. Ensures effective project governance, resource alignment, risk mitigation, budget management, and successful transition of new capabilities into ongoing operations.
• Partnering with executive leaders, finance, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance service delivery, and support organizational growth. Integrates strategic, financial, and operational planning processes to maximize value creation.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement through the application of Lean principles, performance benchmarking, process optimization, and change management methodologies. Identifies opportunities to improve supply chain effectiveness, customer satisfaction, resiliency, and operational sustainability.
• Advancing supply chain technology and digital capabilities by collaborating with information technology partners to enhance data integration, automation, reporting tools, and system interoperability that improve visibility and decision-making across the supply chain network.
• Providing leadership and oversight for department operations, including budgeting, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. Builds high-performing teams and fosters strong relationships with internal customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
