This extraordinary opportunity is for a dynamic and experienced Civil & Drilling Project Manager to join our construction firm. Our focus is the construction of high voltage substations and transmission lines. You will oversee all project aspects, from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil and drilling construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Utilize project management software such as Primavera 6, JD Edwards, Eco Sys, and Hubble.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on civil and drilling construction.
• Proven experience in the construction of high voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Expertise in construction management, project controls, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera 6, JD Edwards, Eco Sys, and Hubble.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and manage diverse project teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to negotiate contracts to the benefit of the company.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
