Safety Technician – Data Center Construction

💲 Pay Range: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Safety Technician to support ongoing operations at a data center construction project in Aurora, Colorado
. This role is ideal for a safety professional with strong OSHA knowledge and hands-on field experience in high-paced construction environments.

• Monitor and enforce site safety policies and procedures
• Conduct daily safety inspections and job hazard analyses (JHAs)
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reports
• Partner with site leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all trades

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Required)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• OSHA 510 Certification
• Previous experience on data center or mission-critical projects
