• Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite by removing debris and assisting with site clean-up.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and machinery.
• Support skilled trades in tasks like concrete work, carpentry, and masonry.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Prior construction experience required.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Must pass a background check (required for some job sites).
• Strong commitment to safety practices.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
