Superintendent - Highway Asphalt

Looking for an EXPERIENCED SUPERINTENDENT with Heavy Highway, Civil Site Development, Grading, etc. experience. This is an excellent opportunity to get in with a top‑notch, established construction organization with great growth potential.

• BS Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years prior project management within heavy highway asphalt experience
• Familiar with grading, civil site development, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project fiscal responsibility
• Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and detail‑oriented skill set needed
• Some travel may be required
