As the company continues to expand its operations in the Colorado market, they are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large‑scale commercial and hospitality developments throughout the Denver area.

• Lead and oversee all onsite construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout
• Drive and enforce a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Manage superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and onsite personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and budget objectives
• Coordinate daily field activities and proactively resolve operational and constructability challenges
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project execution aligns with design intent and project requirements
• Develop and manage site logistics, sequencing plans, and short‑interval schedules
• Conduct routine site walks to monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety performance
• Partner closely with Project Managers, ownership teams, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, pre‑installation meetings, and progress updates
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Support procurement coordination and monitor long‑lead materials to maintain critical project milestones
• Mentor and develop junior field staff while promoting operational excellence across the project team

• 8+ years of experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role within commercial construction
• Experience managing ground‑up construction and/or major renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and field coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Proven leadership experience managing subcontractors and multiple field teams on large‑scale projects
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced project environments with demanding schedules
