Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish
- Manage contracts, budgeting, and coordination with clients and teams.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance to manage project expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
- Experience in Contract Management to oversee project agreements and ensure compliance with terms
- Ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of roofing materials and processes
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred
