• Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure and professional job site environment.
• Coordinate daily logistics and material deliveries to prevent production bottlenecks or project delays.
• Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure field installations align with design intent.
• Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and clear communication with project managers.
• Document daily progress, site conditions, and manpower usage to provide transparent reporting to all stakeholders.

• Must have 5 years of Commercial GC construction experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines.

• Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site compliance.
• Proficiency with digital construction management tools and daily reporting software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor junior field staff and lead by example.
