The Electrical Superintendent leads and manages all field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects. Responsibilities include installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans, codes, and company standards. The Superintendent works closely with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities and resolve field challenges.

• Report to the project or construction manager, organize and field‑manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage 2–4 crews or electrical projects ranging from 30,000–100,000 man hours ($10M–$25M) with gross margins over 13%.
• Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees across one or more sites.
• Independently start and manage projects.
• Deliver on the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Maintain a constant focus on safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience managing 2–4 crews or electrical projects ranging from 30,000–100,000 man hours ($10M–$25M) with gross margins over 13%.
• Demonstrated success supervising 2–4 or more supervisors with responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
• Experience leading both large construction and data center projects.
• Experience utilizing prefabrication.
• Willingness to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
• Passion for leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high‑quality electrical workmanship.
• Motivation to pursue professional development, including LEED and NICET II certifications.

• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.

Colorado Pay Range: $125,000 USD - $160,000 USD
