Bridge Foreman - Heavy Civil

We are working with a well-established heavy civil contractor in Denver, CO that specializes in CDOT infrastructure bridge rehabilitation and new bridge construction. They are growing, they are busy, and they need a strong leader in the field now.
What You Will Be Doing:- Leading and managing field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects
- Overseeing daily field operations including scheduling, production, and quality control
- Coordinating with project management and subcontractors to keep projects moving
- Enforcing safety standards and maintaining CDOT compliance on site
- Holding crews accountable and driving results in the field every day
- $38 - $42/hour based on experience
- 10 to 15 hours of overtime available weekly, putting serious money in your pocket
- Company vehicle and gas card provided
- 50% employer‑paid health insurance
- Immediate start with a company that has consistent, long‑term work
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy and highway construction
- Bridge construction experience is required
- Proven ability to run and manage field crews
- Must be able to speak and understand English (bilingual is a plus)
- Own tools and reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
