As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.
Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful. You'll play an integral role in, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

Must be willing to be onsite daily at client site in Aurora, CO. Hybrid/remote schedule are not available
* Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
* 5+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
* Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
* Must be willing to commute daily to client site in Aurora, CO
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
* Prior experience with K12 Building Construction
* Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
