MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling parking permits to students, staff, faculty, and visitors on a busy university campus.
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone (heavy walk-up traffic and phone volume).
- Input citation appeals and payments received via mail.
- High school diploma required, some college preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Internet experience.
- Good communication skills—verbal, written, and email— with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong customer service background required; retail background a plus.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers in a close, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
