Position Overview

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Vacation Planners. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations, including beach getaways, cruises, family trips, and international travel experiences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

Training and ongoing support are provided, and no prior travel industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with end-to-end vacation planning, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Research and compare travel options to match client preferences and budgets
  • Provide destination recommendations and professional travel guidance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel partners
  • Manage changes, updates, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry updates
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • No prior experience required; training and certification provided
