Job Title:
Account Management Representative - Bilingual Spanish-Speaking
Location:
Colorado
Wage Range: $22.50 - $26.50/hour

Responsibilities- Support Accredited Businesses throughout their BBB journey and serve as primary Spanish-language point of contact.
- Build strong relationships through calls, emails, and proactive outreach in English and Spanish.
- Support onboarding, engagement, renewals, and ongoing success for assigned accounts.
- Translate and interpret communications so businesses understand BBB programs, billing, policies, and processes.
- Partner with internal teams (Billing, Resolutions, Customer Success) to support bilingual communication needs.
- Attend local networking events, community activities, and business outreach opportunities.
- Support relationships with Hispanic chambers, Spanish-language organizations, and community partners.
- Maintain organized and accurate CRM documentation and account updates.
- Identify ways to improve experience for Spanish-speaking Accredited Businesses.
- Bring positivity, professionalism, and care to every interaction.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Enjoy helping people and building relationships.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to business owners and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms.
- Experience in customer service, client support, account management, or administrative work preferred.
- CRM experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, positive mindset.
