With consistent expansion and strong growth, our passion is serving our highly valued customers. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help shape our rapidly growing future.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our glass manufacturing team. This role is responsible for processing orders and ensuring excellent service throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and experience handling customer inquiries, order tracking, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the order management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders and respond promptly
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and product issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative and customer service functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and order management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
