! Be the first friendly face clients, designers, and contractors see in our Aurora showroom. As our Corporate Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator, you’ll keep the front desk running smoothly, help visitors feel welcome, and support our design and sales teams with day-to-day operations. If you’re organized, outgoing, and love creating a polished experience for every guest, this role is for you.

• Greet and assist clients, designers, and vendors professionally and warmly
• Answer calls, schedule showroom appointments, and manage calendars
• Keep the front desk and showroom organized and visually appealing
• Help clients with initial questions about cabinetry, finishes, and products
• Support internal teams with admin tasks, documents, and sample coordination
• Maintain showroom displays, marketing materials, and product samples

• 1–3 years receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience (showroom or design experience a plus)
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Microsoft Office savvy; CRM experience a bonus

• $25/hr
